چکیده
Muscle-tendon unit surgery for correction of deformities and movement dysfunction in children with cerebral palsy (CP) is fairly complicated. An understanding basic muscle-tendon properties their adaptation to both CP are important develop advances this field. In review, we provide information therapists, surgeons, scientists regarding the short- long-term adaptations unit. Surgical releases, lengthening, transpositions discussed, as some tissue, cellular, molecular adaptations. What paper adds Muscle strength, tone, control must be considered surgical interventions (CP). lengthening causes significant lasting weakness requiring prolonged rehabilitation. Sarcomere length increases muscle may one underlying weakness. satellite cells decreased epigenetically modified a way that limit growth CP.

متن کاملDynamic Balance During Gait in Children With Spastic Diplegic Cerebral Palsy Versus Normal Children
Purpose: Cerebral Palsy (CP) can negatively affect dynamic stability in children with spastic diplegic Cerebral Palsy during walking. This condition results in a high risk of falling. There is limited evidence regarding the dynamic stability of children with Cerebral Palsy. Thus, this study aimed to investigate the dynamic stability of children with spastic diplegic Cerebral Palsy, compared to ...
